BORN FROM THE FLAMES OF THE LAST WORLD

A World Reborn was forged from anarchy.

After the fall of the last world, the first survivors returned to reclaim the land—scattered, hungry, and ungoverned. Kingdoms rose fast. Rivalries followed. In the lawless days, some reached for forbidden power: duplication, exploits, and other unnatural tricks that threatened to rot the world from the inside.

The survivors didn’t rebuild this world to lose it again.

So a New World Government was formed—built on one rule:
No law exists unless the people choose it.

Any proposed law requires a 75% agreement of participating voters to become official.
